of marketing strategy, most of it CMO-level work for software and services companies.
Fractional CMO · AI-run marketing and operations
A real marketing department. Minus the payroll.
I'm Vlada. Fifteen years of marketing strategy, one point of contact, and an AI team I built myself doing the production work. Growing B2B and family businesses hire me when marketing needs a real owner but five salaries aren't on the table.
You talk to me, start to finish, with my name on every piece of work.
Every agent works under written standards, scoring rubrics, and approval gates.
Senior strategy with taste.
AI speed with standards.
01 · How it works
Three steps.
No theater.
We talk.
Thirty minutes. You tell me what's working, what's leaking, and what you've already tried. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
I look under the hood.
The Protect + Multiply audit: half finds what's quietly protecting your revenue today. The other half finds what could multiply it.
The department starts running.
I set direction and own quality. My AI team drafts, builds, and measures. You approve before anything ships.
02 · Ways to work together
One department.
Three ways in.
Protect + Multiply
A fixed-price audit of your positioning, website, funnel, and spend. Find what protects revenue now—and what could multiply it next.

Your marketing planned, produced, and measured every month. I set direction; my AI team drafts, builds, and reports.

Senior marketing leadership for a fraction of the week, without adding a full-time executive salary.
Ask about this ↗03 · The person behind the department
Hi, I'm Vlada.

I've spent fifteen years helping software, services, and founder-led businesses turn marketing into something they can actually rely on.
Mostly at the level where you own the number—not just the newsletter. Over the years I kept meeting the same good companies: too established for improvised marketing, not quite ready to hire an entire department.
So I built the department I wished they could afford. A real operating system of specialist AI agents, written standards, and human approval—with me setting the direction and answering for every result.
“The honest version of the pitch is short: fifteen years of judgment, multiplied.”
04 · The honest part
AI does the work.
I own the judgment.
I won't dress this up. AI produces most of the drafts, research, and reporting here. What it doesn't produce is judgment: what to say, who to say it to, what “good” means for your business, when to kill an idea that looks clever and isn't.
Plenty of agencies quietly run on AI and bill as if humans typed every word. I'd rather show you exactly how each piece gets made and let the finished work speak for itself.

05 · Questions I get
Fair questions.
Straight answers.
01Is the work done by AI or by you?+
Both, and I won't pretend otherwise. Drafting, research, production, reporting: my AI team does most of that, under written standards I built and maintain. Strategy, judgment, and final review are mine. Nothing reaches you without my sign-off.
02What does it cost?+
The audit is a fixed price, and you'll know the number before you say yes to anything. The monthly department is scoped to your business after that, so any figure I put here would be invented. Book a call and you'll have real numbers within a day, in writing.
03Do we need to be technical for this to work?+
No. If you have customers, a website, and email, that's plenty. I bring the whole system with me and document everything in plain language.
04What happens if we stop working together?+
You keep everything. Every account, document, agent setup, and standard we build lives inside your business, not mine.
