Hi, I'm Vlada.

I started in hospitality: river cruises, an international crowd, and the daily craft of noticing what people need before they ask. It turned out to be the best possible training for marketing.

Since then I've spent fifteen years helping software, services, and founder-led businesses turn marketing into something they can rely on — most of it at the level where you own the number, not just the newsletter. I've led marketing for a fintech serving banks, directed marketing for an international software company through two chapters of its growth, and consulted for businesses from construction firms to food coaches.

Along the way I kept meeting the same good companies: too established for improvised marketing, not quite ready to hire an entire department. So I built the department I wished they could afford — a real operating system of specialist AI agents, written standards, scoring rubrics, and human approval, with me setting direction and answering for every result.

Today I run it from Vancouver Island, where I live with my husband, our two kids, and a very opinionated cat. I also host a five-star vacation suite — which, believe me, is its own marketing education.
