Bloom and Scale Marketing ("Bloom & Scale", "we") is the marketing practice of Vlada Terenina, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada, operating from Victoria, BC. This policy explains what personal information we collect on bloomandscale.co, why, and your choices. We follow Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

• Email you send us. When you write to hello@bloomandscale.co, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply and to work together; we keep correspondence as long as it is useful to the relationship.
• Subscription form. If you subscribe to our resources, we collect your email address, processed by Netlify (our website host) and stored to send you the guides you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe anytime by writing to us.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate region, and how you arrived. Where analytics cookies are used, we ask for your consent first; declining does not change what you can see or do on this site.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• We do not collect more than we need.

Who processes data for us

Our website is hosted by Netlify (USA), form submissions are processed by Netlify, and email is handled by Google Workspace/Gmail. Each processes data under its own privacy terms and safeguards. Because these providers operate in the United States, information you submit may be stored there.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@bloomandscale.co and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date.
